Collaborative Research Projects: Written Reports All students in the class will be divided into teams of five by the instructor. Each team will be required to identify an organization of their choice, and an OD related issue existing within the company. For instance, the existing OD issue could be either related to team building, structure, culture, mergers, or acquisitions etc. The teams should select the company and OD issue early on the course. The students will need to collect empirical data to understand the OD issue, reasons behind this problem, and then suggest appropriate OD interventions to effectively resolve the problem. Our company is Nike and my part is getting the Empirical data - so please give me the Empirical data.
