CAPESTONE project: Nursing Burnout.  The final capstone project is a series of written research-based assignments completed throughout this course that culminate in a final evidenced-based proposal paper and presentation. Students are encouraged to share their completed proposals with a health care organization that could benefit from the proposal. For this second assignment, you will analyze current research to support your evidence-based intervention project. Use the "Reviewing the Literature" worksheet to complete this two-part assignment. For Part 1, the Literature Evaluation Table, you will locate and organize information from 10-12 peer-reviewed articles for your literature review. In Part 2, the Literature Analysis, you will analyze the articles you selected and write a review of the literature. Use the information from your Literature Evaluation Table to ensure the inclusion of key information in your narrative. Prepare this assignment according to the guidelines found in the APA Style Guide, located in the Student Success Center. An abstract is not required.
