Please consider this assignment a creative way to write a story. look at how being a "change agent" for inclusion is valuable. Use the "change agent" concept in your final paper. Essay Introduction: Develop an opening paragraph that presents your effective, inclusive leader who serves as a change agent. This might be your avatar, but you do not need to place yourself as the character/leader. Provide their dimensions of diversity/elements of identity (and a fictitious name) and present an inclusion work-related challenge the leader faces. This can be original, or you can reflect on the many challenges we explored in our course. Citations of the text we read will help you prepare an interesting setting and situation for the leader. Overall, this introduction paragraph establishes your character as a leader at work. Essay Body: develop three paragraphs in the middle of the paper that present the following: Leadership Challenges: Describe the diversity, equity, and inclusion issues/challenges the leader faces.
