A Lab Report for the following lab Experiments and fill data sheets. Ex. 6-1, 6-3, 5-3, 5-4, 5-10, 5-20 Total points: 20 Lab Report: ONLINE CANVAS SUBMISSION Format, Guidelines & Grading Rubric The main goal of the lab report in this course is to help you gradually develop some analytical and soft skills that will be of use to you later on in your career such as communication and writing skills and quantitative reasoning. The format of the Microbiology Lab report will be similar to the format of a scientific research paper. This report should include three clearly marked main sections: Introduction, Results, Discussion & Conclusion. You will be evaluated based on organization skills, writing skills, accuracy of your qualitative and quantitative recordings, observations and the overall quality of the submitted report. This report should not exceed 3 pages (12 font – single space). MAXIMUM 3 PAGES Introduction (4 point) – The introduction should briefly discuss the main concepts of the laboratory exercises and should clearly summarize the purpose of the experiments and the techniques that you used to perform the laboratory exercises. The introductory section should also state how the lab exercises helped in putting the learning objectives. 1 page Results (8 points) – Please attach your datasheets . You can just separately attach the PDFs along with the report and write , PLEASE SEE ATTACHED Photo graphs need to be added in the word document Discussion & Conclusion (8 points) - This section should thoroughly describe what you learned. It is a synopsis of the results section but is associated with your analysis of the data obtained and your critical interpretation of the results. It should also include a concise report of the conclusions of your results and should demonstrate a good understanding and mastery of the main concepts demonstrated in the lab activities. 1 - 2 page.
