1)Use the attached excel spreadsheet of FY2020 MS-DRG  A. Choose a group of MS-DRG titles, i.e. Ischedmic Stroke, Precerebral Occlusion or Transient Ischemic W Thrombolytic Agent W MCC, W CC, W/O CC/MCC.  B. Create a table of your MS-DRG with these components:     i. Compare the differences between Proposed Relative Weight and Proposed Mean LOS (     wither geometric or arithmetic) for each title in the group.   ii. Consider that the facility you work at has an operating base rate of 5,500. The reimbursement is calculated by multiplying the base rate by the relative weight.
