Identify strengths, challenges, resources Who are the major players?- organizations, stakeholders, patients, clinicians, etc. 4. Summarize how you will/would implement. What are the short term and long term actions necessary. 6. How will you evaluate BOTH your political interactions as well as your policy inactions. Was there capacity? Was it effective? Was it cost effective? For example, Did you deliver a testimony effectively or draft a bill, send letter, etc. to make a change & were any and/or all these impactful.
